Purchased yesterday, the Scotch bottle is beautiful. The Scotch label is a little faded. But what I found interesting at the bottom it's stamped & it says: Federal law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle, it has a N inside a square box and #0 23 5 72 55. I was trying to find info but not able to located anything. The little Blue bottle is so pretty, it looks like the glass is cracked all over the place but it's not. I have no idea to neither bottle so if some one knows, Please educate me on them.... Thanks!!!!!!!
