I found these screwed into the walls of my attic and had no idea what they were for. When I redid my bathroom, I knew I wanted them for hooks so I went and got them. I snapped one in half because they were hard to unscrew from the wall from being painted over. As I was getting the last one down, I noticed I was not alone in the attic (a bird started flying around) so in a panic, I ripped it right off the wall. I have three all together, but more are up there. Anyway, I googled the name and description and found out they were for clipboards and looking at them after finding that out, makes total sense!
