    I got this photo from a woman who had been a UPI photographer for 40 yrs. It's circa 1956 from what she told me. I just love it.

      Do you know where this picture was taken? Was it possibly The Grand Ole Opry?

      I understand , from the person who gave it to me, that it was taken in Las Vegas. However, because of the background , the backup person, and the small amplifier, it could have been the Grand "ol Oprey. But I don't know.

      I do know that it is one of two in existance, because she had duplicates.

      I thought it might be the Grand Ole Opry was because of his age, amplifier and outfit he is wearing.
