Some time ago I saw someone post an item like this one, except it was purple. I believe it was called a Blenko Magic Bottle. Could anyone tell me more about these?

Well, in order to say if it's Blenko for sure you need to post a picture of the stopper. That is usually the determining piece. I love it.... feel free to donate it to me, as I have become a collector of Blenko, because of this place! lol I posted a water bottle a while back that I bought at a garage sale, turns out it is Blenko, now I'm hooked!!! lol
The stopper is about 2 inches below the rim of the bottle. I would donate it, but it isn't mine lol. My father bought it for my grandmother in Kansas City in about 1958 he said.
LOL darn!! It looks like Blenko to me. Here is an awesome cite that has lots of info. Tell your father he made a good purchase and if he feels charitable, I'll be happy to give it a good home. heehee :)
