Emerson type 19044 barn find

Couldn't get pic to rotate, anyway this is supposedly a rare Emerson fan, patent date on blade says 1899, This was my first fan restoration, try as i might it only operates by spinning blade at first, then it will operate on all 3 speeds, it was trashed and cast iron very rusty, I polished blades and top motor cover, refinished bottom stand. look closely at blade design, very interesting
