it seems to be a very old canister cookie jar or candy jar , The base of the jar t's clear with the green lid. The jat and lid has bubbles squirrels in the walls, the walls of the jar are very uneven and thickness not sure what areas its from or what company any input would be great

Molded glass. I'm not at all sure that the lid belongs to the jar.
How big is the jar? What does the bottom look like?
I highly doubt that you'll find out who made it since it's lacking any kind of marks.
