Primitive ? Asian redware lidded bowl triangle signed character mark

Hi, I am hoping someone has some knowledge as to weather this old bowl is very old. Bowl with lid measures 6 1/2" W x 5 1/4" H to top of finial, redware is very grainy / coarse, triangle mark on base as well top of lid yet lid mark is well worn, mark maybe upside down, any help would be nice. Thank You.
