This item is pretty hilarious and it seems some of you will enjoy as well!

The Slim-Twist Exerciser! This is a Funky Retro vintage piece of exercise equipment that has a square piece of wood that twists. So you stand on it and twist at the waist to get a great workout. Or spin around on it on your belly like the kid is on the bottom left of the thing! The new fitness craze that is sweeping the nation! : )
