I got this dish a few years back from someone that had been using as a wall decoration for many years. I really liked the color/patina on it and the handles are really cool. On the bottom "Iran" is written and there is also a symbol on one side. Would anyone know what the symbol represents? Does anyone know if this is an example of typical dish from Iran at some point in time, or if it had a particular purpose?
