When you buy a promo off of ebay or anywhere else, unless it is a re-issue, it is as old as the year on the bumper. Having promos from the warpage years of the early 50's to the just produced 2010 Challenger, they are a neat way to demonstrate where we have been in automotive culture. They do not depreciate if you buy them right. I can not afford the real ones so the promo cars do just fine.
