Found this contract agreement in an old record store basement. It's between "The Who" and Woodstock Ventures Inc. Does anyone know how to tell if its real or how to value it?

   This is a copy of the Who's contract to play at Woodstock in Aug.1969.
   It came with the 1970 album"Live At Leeds"...released in May of 1970.
   The first 500 copies of the album had a copy of the contract...

   Does anyone know if this album came with a bunch of other papers also? I have the album but it has a bunch of other papers with it along with the contract to play at Woodstock. Does this album have value?
