Hello there, I have had fun trying to identify this milk jug, but find myself going round in circles now. I have identified the stamp on the bottom as being qian long stamp, and have identified the 2nd word reading left to right as "milk". I'm thinking it's japanese porcelain maybe decorated in hong kong.
I would love to know what the inscription means ? And the 2 round circles with horizontal lines. I cannot find anything about the bamboo design handle or the year of make ? Thank you for any info you may have.

Thank you Master, I now believe the 3rd letter to be Yi, the 2nd heavenly stem which would put it in the 60 year cycle 1995 and before seeing as we haven't yet reached 2055 ! I suppose the 4th is the earthly tree ? Watch this space. ..
