This item is 3 ft. In circumference. It's heavy. Not sure if brass or wrought iron. Patina is natural so was it hanging outside...maybe a clock dial? There are two so it could be a double sided clock dial? or can it achieve patina from being in the warehouse inpulled it from where it sat for over 30 years?
