These Pearls were passed to my late mother in law and given to me... My husbands family is big on hanging onto things that were in the family...Three generations...I met my husband after she had passed away...I have been blessed to have seen her wearing them in a picture that was painted of her...They are something that i have seen only in movies from the 1920's...I now find that these are so beautiful...I have another set of pearls that i wore at my wedding and love them as much as i do these...I plan on passing the set i wore on my wedding day to my daughter..They have been kept very well...Growing up i never really liked pearls although now i see the history and beauty in them...
