It's Vintage and the name for the appearance of the stone is at the tip of my tongue.
There were no marks found on the item. Unsure where my pic went of the back but it didn't show anything 'new'.
What is this thing called? I'll class it under just costume jewelry for now..
Anyone known for making this type of item...or an idea of decade?
