My Hotpoint Fridge!!

Would like some help identifying the approximate age of this fridge.....got it for free from work and would like some information about it. Wanting to fix it up to keep! Any information would be helpful; age, worth, and places to find parts. It does work perfectly as it is but needs some new seals.
