Pillow from my Grandmother | Collectors Weekly

I inherited this pillow from my grandmother and was hoping to find out more about it--how old it is, are there other similar ones out there, who made it?

It seems to me that the fabric is silk, there are no other marking on it except for the dogs, and is approximately 10.5" x 11"

Thanks for any clues! I wasn't sure how to categorize it so took a guess.

I forgot to add--it's hard to see in the picture, but the pillow is a dusty pink.
