Can anyone help id this for me?

I'm going through some items I bought at an estate sale and found this candle holder. It has a round gold sticker that says "Capodimonte Imports" plus some other stuff. The bottom has the writing shown in picture and I can't find anything like it. I've tried BAKAN C, BAKAN O, Baisan O and various other combinations. It looks like a Capodimonte design, but am curious about the other mark. Feeback would be appreciated.
