Possibly bought in Mexico by an elderly neighbor, who sold me a lot of her costume jewelry. Large rhinestone? in the middle. This is a heavy piece of jewelry with most of the weight in the pendant. There is an inscription on the back that reads "Mexico T8-182 950".
