This has a regulator( I think) at the bottom with numbers and a plaque with patent dates12-31-1895 & 3-12-1912. It measures 23 3/4 inches long, 10 3/8 wide & 16 1/2 inches tall. I think this might have something to do with early railroads, but not certain. Thanks for any help.
