My father was a character. He had a certain knack for "acquiring" things. He acquired a lot of things in his life, but this advertisement was probably always one of my favorites because Glenn Miller and Fred Waring are in it. He LOVED big band music, and we had more than one jitterbug lesson in our living room. So, this decorates my living room wall and keeps a piece of him in our lives. My guess is that it's from some time in the late 40s, other than that I have no idea where he got it or when.

Dear Aldwaup,
Sure would like to contact you via email. I, too, have a Waring / Miller / Chesterfield ad but of a different format.
Would be willing to send you a color reproduction. Interested?
