I collect uncut baseball sheets. The one on the left is from the 1979 Topps set and the one next to it is from 1980.

Topps produced these (and still produces) sports cards using uncut sheets which are typically then cut individually for sales in packs.

During the 1980s, it seems that Topps decided to sell uncut sheets to the general public in complete sets, which numbered around 5-7 sheets, through baseball card shops and, possibly, directly through Topps. Although Topps doesn't sell uncut sheets anymore, they still pop up pretty regularly on places like Ebay, with most dating from the early 80s to the mid 90s (which coincides with the peak of the baseball card craze).

The value of these sheets depends on three things: Rarity, condition, and the players depicted on these sheets. The 1980 set is probably the more collectible of the two because it features Rickey Henderson's rookie card. Your sheet does not appear to be the one featuring that card, though.

Since both are framed, and in nice condition, I would think somewhere between $40-80 each is what you're looking at.

Hi, I've got some uncut sheets as well, from O-pee-chee. Years are 1980, 1981, 1984, 1987. Am I right to assume about $50 per sheet value? Thanks
