You need to take a photo of the inside of the shoe, especially if there's a manufacturers name, codes, etc. The sole can also be a clue.

My guess would be 1980s - the heel style and the wide strap with buckle. Manufacturer label on insole would be helpful. DD@Phila

Hmm, well the photo isn't as helpful as we had hoped but considering the spelling of *glamour*, my guess is that it is not a US manufacturer but possibly Canadian or UK. Still for comfortable with 1970s-80s. Good luck with your research. DD@Phila.

The louis heel did come back in the 80's but in a Gothic/Victorian style. These are much more current fashion and I think they are from the mid 60's. The sole is still leather and the heel construction is old fashioned, by the 70's most soles are the black plastic type we have today and the heel tap would be a plastic or metal tip with a plug rather than a leather one nailed on. Also the mary jane style strap was very popular in the 60's-70's.
You could call them a variation of the pilgrim shoe.
