This is a watch my mother gave my father in the 50's. I think it's called a Curvex style watch but I'm not sure. the angled shape of the crystal is unique. Does anyone have any more information on this watch and a rough idea of value?
Thanks,
Chris

I looked this watch up in price guide. I found one that looks like yours. It was listed as circa 1955 14k gold 17 jewels with fancy lugs. It had a value of 500.00
in mint condition. Is yours gold or gold plated?

Hi Bob,
That's a good question. It has never looked plated but I'll take a closer look tonight after work and let you know.

Hi Bob,
I took a look. It's hard for me to tell, because the watch and band are in really good shape. I'll stop by the watch repair shop near my office and ask them and let you know.
thanks
