Bulova didn't make their first ladies watch until 1924. This looks like a model from the 40s or so. I'm not a watch expert or jeweler, so I certainly can't tell you the value. It would depend on the gold content, jewels, etc. It's very pretty.
I would agree with the above post. The watch looks to be from the 40's. You would have to open the back and look at the movement for a date code symbol.
