Have had this lampshade for a while. Never had a base for it. It is vintage from Art-Deco era. Says something on the finial but I can't read. Can somone give me ideas on identifying this? It has been copper foiled assembled with a geometric shape. Finial has old patina. Inherited from my Godfather.
