THIS IS A CONTINUANCE OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE TOPPERS. THESE LITTLE TOPPERS ARE MARKED MADE IN JAPAN. THE 2 CLOWNS' HATS COME OFF TO EXPOSE A COMPARTMENT IN THE TOP. I HAVE NO IDEA AS TO AGE OR MAKER JUST LIKED THEM WHEN I SAW THEM. DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE CERAMIC OR WHAT.
