I picked this item up from a nursing home yard sale for $5. It is about 11" high and 6" wide. It has no marks at the bottom, you can tell it was hand crafted by the bottom being broken off. It has a silver overlay, I'm not sure if its silver of pewter, very cool piece not sure the time frame or worth, but the hand engravings look like they come from an earlier time period, maybe 30's or 40's? Not sure. It IS missing the stoppers though which is very sad.

Thank you that does tell me something, but I dont want to pay 15$ to find out the price! Haha
Actually you can google "four chambered bottle" and you will find a lot. Some are asking $10 or paid $20 and one sold on ebay for $43. (or at least similar styles.) It's a nice novelty piece.
