I love old picture frames and this picture was sitting in a garage of an estate sale we attended. I love the frame dating back to possibly the 40's but the watercolor in the frame is beautiful as well. It is dated 1944 in the corner with the name K. Nishi and before I disturb the watercolor, does anyone know anything about this artist? I can't find much online and don't want to take it out of the frame if it is a high quality painting.
