Lehigh Valley RR no. 39 double guard railroad lantern made by the Steam Gauge & Lantern Co. in Rochester, NY, in the early 1880s. The base is boldly embossed L.V.R.R. in large letters. The clear, extended base globe is nicely embossed LVRR
