    My mum had this and I am not sure who made it or really what it is other than bronze and heavy. There are 4 small legs on the back - you can see 3 in the stamp shot- and I know it's Canadian by the stamp. The image is classic New England or Newfoundland fisherman wearing a nor'easter hat and the proverbial pipe.
