    I THOUGHT IT WAS NEAT
    I DO NOT KNOW WHO THE ARTIST IS
    I AM UNABLE TO READ THE SIGNATURE
    MAYBE SOMEONE KNOWS WHO THE ARTIST IS ?

      It's not an etching, but a caracature, probably charcoal, done by a street artist in New York in, looks like 1988.
