I have an electric Monroe #1 High Speed Adding Calculator that still works when plugged in. The sticker on the bottom says Calculating Machine Company New York, USA, #1, 100-135 volts -0-60 cycle, 100-135 volts D. C.

    Thank You For Your Help,

    Nick

I have a similar Monroe calculator. Interestingly it is not exactly the same, but the label is identical. My dad used it for years following WWII. I put a photo here: http://renegadechickens.com/Monroe_Calculator_small.jpg
I found some info on a website here: http://home.vicnet.net.au/~wolff/calculators/Monroe/Monroe.htm#Overview
I would love to learn how to operate it!
