While I'm sure I paid too much at the estate sale for this 'knick knack' as someone called it, I couldn't resist the 'eyes' and flow of this piece. I was able to find some like it online but alas am sure the market for even fine capidomonte porcelain has declined with the marketplace. Regardless, I will enjoy it on my shelf while I can, being of exquisite workmanship by Anotnio Borsato, Made in Italy. As a huge fan of the Don Quixote character in my high school Spanish class, all the more intriguing to own this piece.
