This is a Marshall wind up wrist watch I received from my father. I was unable to find out much about it. I know that Marshall Co. built various watch making tools but there was little record of them making watches. I am hoping that someone could help me discover the history behind it!

Thank you! So even though it says C&E Marshall Co. inside, It was likely Swiss made? Could you inform me as to what Fifteen is Jewels, Two ADJ. and E.3. represent? Also would it make sense for the metal strap holders to have a US patent engraved. I know little about watches and appreciate the help!
