I found this at a thrift store while waiting for my oil to be changed. I have no idea what it is ...or used for. It's odd that's for sure. I can't find any imprints on it to help identify who made it or where it's from. It looks likes its made of iron. It opens at the heads into a shallow container. It seems to have a giraffe/pig/tiger head? And duck like carvings around it. And a snout on the edge of the ring. If anyone can help tell me what it is or where it came from I'm most curious. :)
