hello vertexintl i can tell that this telescope is dated from the 1970s to maybe the very early 1980s . way back in the ABERCROMBIE & FITCH had a very high end company out germany making their binoculars and i think maybe it was years before the one you have there that the same company had produced telescope and the name of the company is CARL ZEISS -GERMANY .
