My grandmother passed away over 20 years ago and I was given several of her things which I stored away. I've recently retired and have had some time to go through her things. Thanks to this site I've determined that this appears to be a Chinese Snuff Bottle. Can anyone tell me what it is made of, the style, era, etc? It appears to be painted. It came with a box that appears to be covered in silk fabric with a bone closure. Pictures are of the bottle and the box. Thank you for your assistance. Linda
