This is my wifes Rocker - she got it from her Mother back in about 1970, It was bought around 1945? My Mother-in-law nursed my Wife in this Rocker in 1948. Back in 70 it was stripped of fabric and 'Dipped' stripped of finish - then it sat - we got married in 92 and it again sat until I decided to either try to refinsh it or pitch it... Normally I would have left it alone back in 70 but I was Not in the picture, lol.. So, I took it apart, re-glued all joints - added a brace in the back that was missing - stained it... Now, for the seat and back - all the wife remember is - gold fabric - nothing else...
Anyone here have any clue to what type of Rocker this is or how the seat or back may have be put together?
Thanks,, Michael harley0711@yahoo.com
