I know nothing about it other than that i purchased from a glass collector sale as it was stunning, but someone changed the info cards on it so im at a blank as to what kind of glass it is...It is two layers the lace is applied over the top but there are no seams. no markings to base. thanks for your help. I purchased from an estate sale of folks that collected lots and lots of glass pieces...the home was jam packed every window had glass shelves with 4- 5 rows of shelves full of items plus many many cupboards full of glass including loetz, steuben tiffany, cluthra and others.
