Tiny coin gold/20 dollar

I was wondering if anyone knew what they was. The front there is a picture of an eagle and on top it says United States of America with Twenty Dollars written right below it. Then the eagle. Below the eagle it says something I can't make out and below that it says 24k.

The back says Liberty and there appears to be a picture of a "woman" statue. Please contact me if you know anything about this and how much it might be worth. Thank you.
