Hello, I'd like to find more information about this handsome brass lamp. It's stamped 9180 and Falkenstein. Carl Falkenstein made lamps in the 50's and 60's, but I have no idea what style this is. Someone suggested "Revival Falkenstein". Does she mean colonial revival? I'm not so sure about that. It looks more 60's to me. What do you think?
The warm glow of this piece has really grown on me. I've also been trying to figure out it's value. The anonymous woman who suggested it was revival said it originally came with a black etched shade, which I tried to visualize to little avail. I wrote her back asking for her reference but she hasn't replied. If you know of any resources I could reference or how to find Falkenstein collections, that would be great.
