A silver plated decanter stand with 3 barrel shaped decanters, circa. 1820.
The stand is made of a metal sheet, a metal ribbon and ball feet for the base and thick wire for the frame. The decanters are cut with panels and 2 bands of shallow diamonds, a cut neck, frill cut pouring lips, and cut stoppers with shallow diamonds. There are also 3 ring decanter labels marked Rum, Brandy and Hollands. Hollands is the old name for gin.
A really nice quality piece, with nicely cut decanters. Although I am calling them decanters technically they are spirit bottles.
