Vanity Tray Mirror French? Bronze? I've never seen one like this...

I found this at local thrift store. I 've researched and researched... I thought it was Matson, but all Matson s are signed, I think. Stylebuilt are signed too. This one is not signed. It looks French art nouveau. The birds and handles have green on them which makes me think they may be bronze. One peron told me it may be the work of Paul Sarmani or Henri Dasson. I just don't know. I would love to identify this bueatiful piece of art...
