I have a fabulous collection of old New Jersey license plates dating from 1921-1959 and know all about them. This one is a mystery to me...There is NO DATE! I've never seen that before.
It measures 6" x 12", just like the one from 1959. It is navy blue with orange lettering. Any information would be greatly appreciated....I've looked everywhere!
Thanks!

From April 1956 to May 1959, New Jersey issued undated orange on black plates with serial format X/X 0000 - The first letter indicated the county. In early 1958 as county series became depleted remaining stock was redistributed as needed to any office then FA-FZ and RA-RM was issued statewide during 1958-59.
