The photo doesn't do this piece any favors. The brushstrokes and surface treatment have a most ethereal 3D quality. The paint used seems to be metallic in some areas especially the blue sky background visible through the trees. I cannot find anything about the artist and if anyone can point the way, I'd be so grateful.
