I've had these small metal animals for several years. The film canister in
the photo is 2 inches high and 1 and 1/4 inches wide. These miniatures
are either pewter or pot metal. Each has an identifying name inside.
See the 'seal' along with the paper label that reads "Made in England".
These are all hand painted. They are in like new condition. Yet, I cannot find anything about them. I purchased them at a yard sale twenty or more years ago in Rosendale, N.Y. The 24 are: squirrel, kangaroo, tiger, tortoise, ostrich, polar bear, whale, chimpanzee, kuala bear, beaver, rhinoceros, seal (white), deer (buck), elephant, aardvark, hippopotamus, penguin and young, panda, badger, lion, raccoon, giraffe, toucan, and walrus.
