Watchophilia
Lisa Andrew’s Watchophilia dives deep on Bulova wristwatches, with more than 500 examples to peruse. Bulovas are grouped chronologically by decade, and each watch page features a complete description, at least one photo of the example in Andrew’s collection (sometimes accompanied by a vintage ad), and notes pointing out various characteristics (for example, we learn that while the 1926 Windsor may appear at first glance to be a President, you can tell it’s a Windsor thanks to the mitered corners on the bezel). Don’t miss the Information section, which includes pages on identifying and dating a Bulova, as well as the Academy Awards series from the early 1950s.
