The change I get from customers I usually put all my coins in my coin jar I was looking in my coin jar for quarters and found a weird coin thats the shape of a quarter but has nothing on it but if you look close its a small circle on it and has a little goldish brown on it is it a old coin? Or a error coin?

A coin is a stamped planchet. It may be a one sided coin/planchet (highly unlikely). Or the coin might have been turned on a lathe for jewelry purposes or other. Could you post a side picture of the ridged side of the coin? Very interesting find, Happy treasure hunting & finds! =)

If I see the edge correctly it is not reeded but there is a slight raised edge. I do quite a bit of turning and don't see signs of that. Blank planchet?
