    4 3/4" LONG 3 3/4" WIDE, LOOKS LIKE THE TOP RIM IS MADE OF SILVER AND THE MILK GLASS IS CURVED, THE BACK ON THE MILK GASS IS EMBOSSED ( JEFFERSON 2724-xd) CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IT IS, THANKS.
